Letting Go
In trying times, so may come,
When our memories fade;
Letting go of that last memory,
Would it befall without a special pinch?
When the needs of self rises,
Higher than those spoken dreams;
Letting go of that last memory,
Would it chance without a second blink?
Picture this now, before that surrender,
Of those feelings to be left unsaid;
As the roads would separate under us,
Would it leave with more than oursleves?
In trying times, so may come,
When false sacrifices shall be summed;
Letting go of that last memory,
Would it be so that very easy?
An End?
In the end of the road
Is there a cliff?
Is there a hill?
Is there a wall?
In the end of the road
Is there anyone else?
Is there a view?
Is there a sound?
In the end of the road
Is there an end?
My Tryst
I rested my feet, Under the shade of a tree.
I sat next to one who knew where he stood,
His place on this earth, his duty to this system,
All the while singing to the winds.
He stopped to say hello to me; a resting man,
Still lost amoung the tracks in search of his place.
Our conversations grew into discussions,
Deeper and deeper than just colours;
We talked about life, space and all within
Of heights on deapth and all those conquests.
I was amazed at his simple undawdled truth,
Intune with himself and his song to the winds.
As the night grew silent, it was time to part.
I thanked him for his time and wisdom,
Leaving there with less questions,
I turned back to watch him singing to the winds.
My tryst with a piece of nature,
This blade of grass that tingled my thoughts.
Her Faith
The hand that held her ,
With the promise of love,
Nowhere then to be held,
When she hung from a cliff.
Her feet kicked around,
Searching for some ground.
Her arms held on in pain.
As numbness crept within.
Her ears deaf from her screams
Still no sign of that hand.
Her voice muted to her own ears
Love faded into an abyss.
Her eyes judging the fall,
Looking up once for that hand.
Her mind in constant re runs,
Of memories once held dear.
Now thanked the lord for her faith,
The faith that helped let go,
Of the hand that held her,
Away from her destiny.
My Kingdom
I have under my skin,
The blood of a king,
I ride these paths,
Into the valley on man,
To dethrone the coward,
Who hides from me,
Keeping me from my destiny.
I am the king,
The king of kings,
In search of my kingdom.
One Day
On this one day,
Beautiful sunny day,
I craved to stay inside,
Curled under my special blanket.
I didnt have a worry.
I didnt have a memory.
My words at ease.
My world at rest.
I turned my face away from the sun,
Said a little prayer for everyone outside,
I pulled the blanket over my head,
As I drifted back into my trance.
Somewhere Behind
Somewhere behind,
I left a turn,
I cant remember where
I cant remember when,
I am too far to go back,
I dont know what I am looking for anymore.
Somewhere behind,
I left a memory,
I cant remember who
I cant remember what
I am too far to go back,
I dont know what I am looking for anymore.
Mistakes
Dont wait for any more words
Leave the way you came
The door opens out
Forget my face for your sake
I dont exist, Till I say I do
I am your worst mistake
Dont make it worse
Of Teachings And Visions
The teachings are out there,
For us all to see,
Through our eyes,
Sewn shut in pride.
We question whats out there,
We create a world behind darkness,
So when we do open our eyes,
We imagine we will see good.
Then we visoned in unison,
Of a world wonderful and full,
Knoweldge was to be crowned king,
But we chose democracy instead.
