Back To Where I Belong
Back to where I belong,Forseeing changes over my horizon,
Judging right from wrong all around,
Keeping an ear to the ground,
Reframing my questions to life,
Thinking in terms of blessings,
Pulling together all my memories,
Listening between voices in my head,
Back from and into my future,
Resisting the urge to surrender,
Imagining a wonder like no other,
Renewing focus on my uncommon sense,
Striking a balance with my time,
Aiming for the greater good,
In ways travelled by none,
With sunset and sunshine holding my hands,
Back from and to where I belong.
